Sterling Silver Cigar Cufflinks with Blue Enamel Band

Dating to the 1960s/1970s or so, here's a pair of Sterling Silver (hallmarked as pictured) cufflinks, each piece depicting a trio of cigars complete with blue enamel "paper" tag. The fronts measure 13/16" x 7/16"; combined weight of the pair is 17.2 grams. Condition is very nice with back mechanisms that work as they should. Vintage, mellow patina to the silver - a good polish will bring up a high shine. While the links are designer signed, I cannot make out the initials; they look like XE. In searching the Internet, it is possible they are by JJ Weston.
