Sterling Silver Cocktail Ring Large Citrine Gem

This beautiful and colorful ring is made of pure sterling silver (evidenced by its makers mark in photo above). It is a vintage piece from around the 90s. I used a special polishing cloth to get the shine back so it looks newer. I believe the large yellow gem in the middle to be citrine and it is surrounded by smaller deep red stones, perhaps topaz.
