Sterling Silver Handmade Necklace Carnelian

I purchased this necklace years ago from a local artist at a street festival in Los Angeles. I can't see a stamp on the necklace, but I was told and since I cleaned it with silver cleaner, I believe it's silver. It has a bead pendant, which I believe is Carnelian. Length from end to end is approximately 16".
