Sterling Silver Snake Chain

I received this as a gift, maybe 25 years ago, and have never worn it (I guess it just wasn't my then 20yo self's style.) It was pretty tarnished, so I did just a preliminary cleaning for the photos, and man does it shine! This necklace is very comfortable on as the back edges are rounded in. It has some weight to it, but this also doesn't affect how it wears. Marked 925 ITALY SU. Length 16in. I'm thinking this was purchased in Denmark.
