Sterling Silver Vintage Buckle Necklace

This is a one of a kind necklace made with a beautiful vintage sterling silver western belt buckle. I have added the unique sterling silver fetish bear with a turquoise stone to finish the piece. It is hung on a 20" vintage chain made up of two different types of silver chain that I re-purposed from a vintage Brighton chain belt and eyeglass holder. It closes with a lobster clasp. The buckle measures 1 7/8" X 1 7/8". Brighton's buckles, jewelry and other silver accessories, are cast in solid brass or zinc, and then dipped in pure silver. Since silver has a natural tendency to tarnish (oxidize) and scratch, Brighton has added a protective layer of lacquer to help prevent this from happening. ✨✨✨CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To keep your jewelry shiny and beautiful, please avoid harsh detergents, Swimming pool, seawater and perfume & lotion. Please bear in mind that this is sterling silver and may occasionally need to be buffed with a soft cloth to keep its shine. Keeping it wrapped in a cloth bag will also protect from tarnishing. Always put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
