Sterling Turquoise & Coral Native American Style Ring Sz 6

Vintage Sterling Silver Native American / Navajo Ring with red Coral & Turquoise and Leaf / Squash Blossom design. There are some stamps but I can’t read them. One looks like a bear paw. It has been tested as sterling silver. All my jewelry I have tested with a high tech metal tester by a jeweler, I do not use chemicals nor do I know how to use them. Polished. Sz 6
