Sterling Turquoise/Faux Diamond Ring

Sterling Silver Large Turquoise and Simulated Diamond Cocktail Ring- Size 6.25. This is a beautiful pre-owned cocktail ring in nice condition. The white stones do not look clear like cubic zirconia, so they might be diamonique from QVC, but I am not sure. I do not know if the turquoise is genuine, so cannot guarantee it.
