Sterling and multi authentic gemstone necklace

pear and round faceted and prong set into a very colorful and beautiful pendant . this pendant has peridot , amethyst , ruby , citrine , and topaz all are authentic but I'm not sure if they are lab created or earth grown but they did all test as authentic stones so they are real one way or the other and they are high quality I do see some inclusions which makes me think they are natural stones . the condition of the necklace is flawless brand new , rite out of the box .
