Sterling silver & 14k gold diamond ring

This is a sterling silver & 14k gold diamond ring this ring has a wrap swirl look with darken diamonds and gold details the side band has rib design I purchased this ring and had it checked as it’s diamonds but a couple test as moissanite which is the next best thing to diamond I’m not sure of why both stones but maybe someone had stones repaired/replaced, size 8 it’s stamped 925 China designers logo initial 14k,check photos, Happy Shopping!!!
