Sterling silver 925 slim thick ring [6 or 6.5?]

This ring is stamped 925 with ✨I believe✨ the word “sterling” above it. My eyesight can just make it out, as it is slightly worn. It has a lovely patina which many people enjoy, but I imagine it would look gorgeous if polished as well. The filigree is lovely and sturdier than it looks. Please use the photos as part of the additional description. Finally, in my uneducated opinion this ring is likely between a 6 and a 7. Leaning toward 6-6.5 but I don’t have one of those fancy ring size tools to verify. For reference, I provided a photo with it on my left hand, on my pinky.
