you are getting a very nice designer sign sterling silver ring size 9 the designer is Monica Vinader Nura. I could not get my diamond tester on the stones that look like diamonds because my hand shakes but it looks like she does use real gemstones and her jewelry this one has blue topaz I believe white diamonds and I'm not really sure what the dark blue stones are maybe Sapphire or diamond? if you have questions just ask
