Sterling silver and blue topaz brooch/ pin

This is a wonderful oldie but goodie. Art Deco era and it still looks feminine yet contemporary! Latch works fine and overall in excellent condition considering it’s vintage. My lighting/ photos don’t do it justice. Thanks for looking!
