Sterling silver and pink stone ring

I don't know what these gemstones are called but I bought this from a jewelry store in San Diego and it was about $200. It is sterling silver and super heavy in weight, it isn't a cheap ring, there is a lot of silver in it. There are pink gemstones in the center and clear pave set stones on the sides. The silver band needs to be polished. I believe it is a size 7.
