Sterling silver turquoise Native skull necklace

Sterling silver signed K by the silversmith and marked 925, comes with the sterling silver chain. Very southwestern style, Native American. Genuine turquoise, hand made necklace, notice my last picture the turquoise cabochon is not perfectly rounded. Still a beautiful necklace and I only now noticed it when posting this.
