Steve & Barry's long brown skirt size 2/XS like new condition. measurements in photos. says size 2, but more like a juniors size 2 or regular size 0. a perfect Fall/Winter skirt that hits below the knee. NO pockets or slits. has elastic waist so it stretches from 13 inches across laying flat to about 15 inches. only worn maybe twice, then left in storage so the condition is like new!
