Steve Madden Black Leather pointed toe Chelsea Boot

Steve Madden Black Leather Chelsea Bootie size 10 womens. Honestly I’m between a 9.5 and 10 and even though these claim to be a 10, they feel like they run small in my opinion, but I also have flat and a little wide feet. Both boots have scratches along the inside parts of the boot. I have never put a polish or cleaner on them so not sure if that can be buffed out. Heels make a clacking sound on tile/hard surface, fabric lining in heel area heels is nice for added comfort and stretch and can give the boots and overall casual look that can also be dressed up. Heel is approximately 1.5” tall. Bought from Nordstrom rack NQC
