So they are listed as a size 8, but run so small they feel like a 6 or 6 1/2?

@rpope3385 My sister in law, who is a size 8, tried on the same pair at a Steve Madden store. She was unable to put them on. The sales associate informed her that this was normal and some SM shoes can run a size to a size and a half smaller then stated.
