Steve Madden Ruffle Pea Coat in black. Very cute style and cut. Has a ruffle running up one edge only. Three large buttons, and a wide tie belt. The collar folds up with 3 additional large buttons to hold it in place and trap in warmth. (I forgot to get a pic of that!) The exterior is very soft and feels almost like fleece.
