@mcbarney30 hello! I believe they’re are only part real leather (leather upper and man made everything else :), I’ve only tried them on and never worn them long term but I imagine they would need some breaking in and I would say true size, as for width due to the pointed toe I’d say it’s a bit of a tight medium width (with some breaking in should be good to go tho! Really is just gonna depend on someone’s feet tho) thanks and lmk if you have anymore questions!
