It might be summer, but get ready for Fall and Winter with these over-the-knee boots. These are a size 9 but snug. More like an 8 or 81/2 due to the narrow foot. They have not been worn but in my closet for a few years. Just needs a little shoe polish and they will be ready for your sweater weather!
