Leather upper, balance man made materials. These boots are not a true black, more of a charcoal grey. Buckles are silver. 3 1/2” heel. In good pre-owned condition. Wear to bottom, slight wear to heel taps. Leather in good condition. Lining in good condition. There is some wear along the top of one boot, that shows white. The boot and lining are intact, this could probably be touched up. Please see last photo.
