justzee @roxyscloset2017 super good for posture. It's stops me from sitting Ugly like I normally do. I don't wear it often so I can't tell you too much about it. It actually came with two, (one black and one beige). The material was kinda thin so I figured it wouldn't work, but once you put it on it's really tight and feels like it's doing what it's suppose to do. For the price you can't beat it.

justzee @roxyscloset2017 4 thin metal pieces. They aren't uncomfortable at all. It doesn't really make me sweat I don't think. I work out out so I sweat regardless. I can't explain the fabric at all besides the fact there is little holes. Sorry lol
