Steve Madden sandals Nordstrom's? Rack

Gold and silver stones,very cute, barely worn, they were bought at Nordstrom's Rack, my daughter picked them up, they say they are a size 4 on the bottom, but I wear a 7 1/2 and they fit me perfectly. So, they were miss marked at the warehouse...If you look at the photos, I am wearing them, and other shoes I have that are 7 1/2
