Steve Madden strapless dress/skirt/swimcover

Steve Madden tube top style "dress" with sheer bottom. Can be worn as a dress with leggings, or around the waist as a skirt, or maybe a swimsuit coverup. The bottom has 7 ties staggered along the seams for tying in case you want to wear it with a balloon like bottom, or untie all the ties and wear it one length. Very versatile with many looks.
