Steve Madden wool coat with full skirt and sash

Steve Madden wool coat with full skirt and sash - I don’t know what to call this style of coat! Slightly longer and fuller in back than in front. 30% wool and a warm and functional coat. Sash was originally fake leather, but the coating has flaked off as shown and it just looks like a grey fabric belt. Really heavy feeling and well made, definitely worn but tons of life left.
