The Purse is held closed by means of a spring loaded latch on the top, and when closed it latches and stays closed. The interior is spacious and has a zippered pouch on one side a a two open pouches on the other side. This Purse is NWOT, and absolutely No wear. The Purse measures a full 12" deep and is 12" wide at the base and can open almost 8". Talk about being Flexible!
