Steven brand over the knee black buckle boots

These are so good that I’ve gone through 2 prs. Alas, I don’t need this 3rd pair anymore. Fabulous buckles make for adjustable cuff over knee. Nice leather. The finish inside the cuff has flaked, it’s a soft suede where it peeled off, just need to be brushed off. The rest of the body of the boot is lined with fabric.
