What is the length of the boot? What is the calf width?

@debsmith5 hello! the shaft of the boot is 13 inches tall and the width of the calf is 16 inches around.

16 inch calf circumference is definitely not wide calf and there is no indication of them being wide calf anywhere on the boot or on the box.

@maybaby66 I bought these boots on Posh because they were listed as wide calf but they didn’t work for me because I have large calf’s and they were too tight. I just copied the original post and reposted them. I measured them and added the measurements to the post.
Do you know what the actual wide calf measurement is supposed to be?

@jkcox2017 By experience I can tell you that actual wide calf is 18-20 inches, extra wide calf, 20 and above. Retail and merchants push the smaller size calf boots so they can sell them, they add stretch material to them that makes them look horrible and cheap and always have the buckles. Most production factories make what’s cheapest, smaller calf sizes and they call it, “average”. It isn’t. It’s just cheaper for them to make.
