chuff184 @tykhan28 the leg across laying flat at the thigh is about 9.5 The leg at the knee laying flat is just over 7 inches. Hope this helps. I added a picture to show measurements

chuff184 @tykhan28 I’m sorry. I guess im not understanding. If you want the measurements from inside then yes it is 9.3-9.5 inch circle at the top of where the leg meets the crotch . They do have some spandex so there is a bit of stretch. Sorry it is hard to measure. From the back right below the pocket they measure 10 across laying flat.
