Stile Benetton blue coat

Cape shaped A-line petticoat in royal blue, hits below the waist, fits like a medium/large, used condition. There are multiple large rips on the inner lining, but does not show on the outside. There are small snags on the outside I took pictures of. It is a beautiful minimalist shape with simple buttons nonetheless. Has roomy pockets on the outside.
