Stilettos Blue tie-dye maxi dress

This dress is ultra soft and STRETCHY! It has pockets as well! Tie the bottom front for a more summery/relaxed look or wear it with a jean jacket to make a fantastic transitional piece from summer into fall. I am 5’6 and the slits on the sides of the dress come right above my knee, but the bottom hem hits the back of my ankles.
