I have owned several Stio Eddy shirts over the years. This one is not the typical tech fabric, but more of a soft cotton flannel. Extremely soft. Machine washable on cold and can be thrown in the dryer on a low temperature. I am always extremely careful with washing my shirts, so this is true to size. It has not been shrunk. No damage at all and no stains. Remely nice condition
