Stirling silver necklace with jewels. Don’t know anything about the jewels

Can be changed out with diff stones. Was never worn by mom. She just bought it and had it put away. It’s just a little dusty inside from how long she has had it. She paid 80.00 at one time. Always talked about this but never took it out of the box.
