Very lightweight / thin material. Navy blue and cream colors. There is no size on it but it seems to be a medium with approximate measurements of 35 inches length and 16 inches waist. I bought it on Poshmark but it does not fit me. It is definitely for a smaller build person. It is just slightly worn.

greenemangoes @laurenkc831 I uploaded a new picture of it even though it looks like 15 inches, if you pull the fabric flat, it is more like 16 inches.
