janiceramsey @whocareswhat This piece is considered a poncho. It is hard to get an accurate bust measurement since it drapes over the body. The hole (which is no bigger than an inch) in the picture is located underneath the fold of the neck, so it is not ever seen. I mentioned it because I always list all flaws. Neck to waist measures right at 22" & that is truly the only measurement that I'm able to give other than the size of hole. Hope this helps! ☺️
