black and white stripped long dress. will go approximately to the floor depending on height. rounded neckline. there is a small amount of sleeve just coming off the shoulder. there is elastic at the waistline for a more fitted look. my measurement for the waistline is measure flat with no stretch. Since this waistline is elastic there will be some wiggle room. the top portion does have an underlining sheath but the skirt portion does not. there was some fuzziness on the back on the top portion and I see a little around the edges of the cheat area. did find one tiny mark on the left side of the chest area also. none of these things are a problem for wearing this out in public though. found no other issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack f, section c
