NWT This is a beautiful floral hi-low hem dress by Stitchdrop. Sleeveless, crisscross back with tie. And wrap with side tie in front. Approx measurements are 16” armpit to armpit, 15” at the waist, 39” waist to bottom (back) and 30” to bottom (front). Thank you for stopping by, check out all the different items I have for you!
