Brand new, my parents took it out of box but it didn't fit the way they wanted. It's been sitting in my garage a few years. Will listed as used even though it's really not! First picture is stock, the rest is the actual item. There's 2 of the metal caps (see picture) 2 may have fallen out so I guess they will need that. Comes with 4 unused lightbulbs but they're a few years old, so can use them or get new ones. Took pictures of one of light shades, all 4 look the same.
