develyn18 @llellie Hello :) I usually recommend everyone to go with their usual size, these are compression so they will be tight to the skin yet comfortable, you can always go a size bigger if your looking for more wiggle room, but never smaller bc then they will roll down if too tight. For reference, I was 145-150lbs size Medium; I’m now pregnant 160lbs size Large. Let me know if you have other questions!

develyn18 @ashlee_lopez09 these are very thick, I can honestly say they are not sheer on me at all, I wear the leggings to the gym. I have had some customer tell me that when stretched too much they can be sheer, but that’s less than 5% of my customers. You can find these on amazon, if you want to check out reviews .
