Stonebridge black dress

Stonebridge two piece black dress with embroidered at the bottom of dress and on the top piece. The dress can be worn by it self with top. The dress was very long but was taken up/hemmed by previous owner! Dress wasn’t cut but hemmed at bottom of dress. The dress is 14P but shirt/top size is PL.
