Brand: Stoosh. NWT. Size Large, black, elastic stretch waist, lace hem.
Measurements laying flat: 16" waist, 19" hips, 17" wide at bottom lace hem. From the center waistline down to the bottom part of the solid black fabric its 16", including the lace part the total length is 23".

@samgraffeo Hello! I'm usually a medium also. These fit me just a tad loose but not extremely loose. I just normally prefer more fitted/hugged to my body. 😀 the waist band is elastic so it gives stretch and the material itself is also stretchy. I've listed measurements of this skirt so if you have a skirt that fits you well,maybe you can compare it?

@dotcromarty Hello! ☺ Unfortunately no, it can't be used as a slip because the material has a medium thickness. But it is beautiful to wear alone with a cute top.

@dotcromarty Ok. So the hips are actually at 19", so I've edited my post. But it definitely hits past knee for me but then I'm 5'2". 😄 The material is stretchy though.

@dotcromarty No worries. I think it will fit because it stretches but it will be snug for sure. And yes, the lace detail is the reason I bought it. I have it in size medium in which I wear and have gotten many compliments. This one is too loose over all for me.
