Stop Staring! Carmen Wiggle Dress in Small

Wiggle dress in red with black accents and front pleats. Includes skinny belt that came with the dress. I’m no longer a small, so selling my wardrobe of dresses. Labeled as dry clean only Dress has a few pulls in the fabric - one on the side front right (if facing the dress) and a few on the front center panel. The panel ones aren’t noticeable unless you’re close. I’ll leave it to you if you want to cut the run on the side or melt it back a bit!
