Stop Staring! Dress

I received this as a hand-me-down. The only thing "wrong" is the previous owner cut the liner down because it was too long. It also has no size. Laying flat, the waistline is 18" across. Otherwise it is like new. This dress retails for $120, asking $80 OBO
