Storia v-neck velveteen dress with double ruffle hem in size small. Long sleeves with bell flare ends. Reptile pattern in silver, gray and white. Raw hems. There are small belt loops at sideseams but no belt. Can be worn either way. Excellent preowned condition. See pictures for measurements
