What season/year are these from (or how many days have you put on them) and are the hems repairable?

@hamjamjam I bought them in 2020 but I bought them pre-loved so they do have quite a bit of wear on them, though still super functional. Yes, the hem is repairable but figured the next owner would want to tailor them custom depending on what boots/sport they use them for. I would totally keep these but sadly they’re too tight on me. Open to offers!
