Straight flat front black velvet pants with stretch

These are in excellent used condition. The fabric is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. The velvet feels heavy and the pants are well-made. There is a front zipper with hook and button closure. There is a small pocket on the back waist with a zipper. It is very unnoticeable. The bottom openings have a small slit at the side seam the only sign of wear is at the very top of the front closure as shown in photo. This would not be noticeable when wearing.
