Strap Crossed Flowers

Cute and breezy floral dress, with criss crossed scrunchied straps, a fully lined bodice, and finishes with a Zippered enclosure and hook which stretches to about 20 inches. (as shown in picture 6) Elasticity...it's a good thing. My girls were too small, and never really held this dress up lol. Excellent condition
