Strapless Black/Flower Dress

I purchased it with every intention to wear it because it is adorable and made my boobs look great. But I never had the perfect occasion for it. It is very silky. Not stretchy at all. About knee length depending on how tall you are. I am 5’5. It says size 11 but I don’t remember getting it from the juniors department. When I purchased it I was about 115-120lbs. Zips in the back.
