Strapless Blue Dress

Strapless blue, high-low fishtail dress. It’s a cotton blend and has been very loved. There’s still a lot of life left in the dress, although the belt is a bit worn. You will also see the front belt loop is pretty stretched. I’ve worn this mostly without the belt and it was still cute, but wanted to offer it with the dress.
