Strapless Blue Short Dress (Homecoming dance, etc)

Strapless dress worn only once for my homecoming in sophomore year. Perfect for school dances, weddings, etc. The material is really soft and flowy. There’s a dip in the chest but it’s not too revealing. Since the dress is strapless, the top is lined with grippy elastic so it doesn’t fall. I never found myself pulling it up. Super cute and made me feel like Cinderella for the night!
